An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Eleanor Powell was an actress and legendary tap dancer from the 1930s to the 1950s, primarily in MGM musicals. She was married to Glenn Ford from 1943 to 1969, and they had one child, Peter Ford. Some of her movies include: Broadway Melody of 1936, Thousands Cheer, and Honolulu. She passed away in 1982 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: Note that on this still there is a printed paper snipe attached to the back describing the scene on the front (it tells she will soon be in "Rosalie"), and there is also a stamp saying "PUBLISHED SEP 13 1937 The Inquirer". Condition: good. This vintage movie publicity still is in lesser condition (what most collectors might call "good"). It has real defects typical of poorly stored photographs that are ten to eighty years old. Note that our small image of the item on this auction page leads to a really HUGE image of this item, so please look at that larger image, as it will certainly greatly help you know exactly what condition this item is in! Many vintage stills pick up "scuff" marks over the years and it is likely that this item has some of them, and they may not be all that apparent from our larger image. Please do not bid on this still unless you can accept the clear defects that it has! Learn More about condition grades
