From the circa 1970s double-bill release ("The wackiest crooks in motion picture history") of The Lavender Hill Mob, the classic 1951 Charles Chrichton English crime comedy starring Alec Guinness (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Stanley Holloway, Sidney James, Alfie Bass, Marjorie Fielding, and Audrey Hepburn AND The Ladykillers, the classic 1955 Alexander Mackendrick English Ealing Studios gangster crime comedy ("The most hilarious gangster film ever made!") starring Alec Guinness, Cecil Parker, Herbert Lom, Peter Sellers, and Danny Green.
