An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) William Conrad was a radio and film actor, as well as film and TV director from the 1940s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: Escape, The Killers, and The Naked Jungle. He was the voice of Matt Dillon on radio's "Gunsmoke", but the producers of the show felt he could not play the part on TV! Years later, he starred in the TV shows "Cannon" and "Jake and the Fat Man". He passed away in 1994 at the age of 73.
