An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Barbara Bel Geddes was an actress from the 1940s to the 1990s. She starred in "The Long Night" on Broadway, and at the age of 24, she was signed to recreate that role by RKO, who called her "The Number One Film Find of the Year". Some of her movies include: Vertigo, By Love Possessed, 5 Branded Women, and I Remember Mama (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for her role as Katrin in this film). She was also "Miss Ellie" on TV's "Dallas". She passed away in 2005 at the age of 82. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Barbara Bel Geddes! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
