The Prince and the Pauper, the 1990 George Scribner Walt Disney animated animation cartoon short (Which was at first only released theatrically with "The Rescuers Down Under"; based on the story by Mark Twain) featuring the voices of Wayne Allwine (as Mickey Mouse/in the title role as the prince), Tony Anselmo, Arthur Burghardt, Bill Farmer, and Frank Welker
