Condition: good. The poster had paper loss at the top crossfold and triangular paper loss in the top of the vertical foldline in the background area. There were creases, tears, and tiny areas of paper loss in the other folds and around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
