An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Come On, Tarzan, the 1932 Alan James cowboy western starring Ken Maynard, Tarzan the Wonder Horse (in the title role; billed as "with the Wonder Horse 'Tarzan'"), Merna Kennedy, Niles Welch, Roy Stewart, Kate Campbell, Bob Kortman, and Nelson McDowell. Even though Ken Maynard had had his horse Tarzan since 1925, this movie created a fictional "origin story", making Tarzan a wild horse that Maynard captured and tamed! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good to very good. The poster was partially folded vertically at center but it is not a true "foldline" (but it is somewhat fragile if one attempts to fold it back over). There are creases scattered along the upper edge. There is a tear at bottom and there are smaller tears in portions of the blank borders. It has small paper loss at lower right.
