An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded English One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]) (Learn More)

His Secret, the 1913 Lionel Barrymore silent family melodrama (about a man who has fallen on hard times, and his wife comforts him) starring Donald Crisp. Note that this was the very first movie that Lionel Barrymore directed. Star Donald Crisp was also directing at this time, and both men went on to very significant careers as actors!

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned one example of this poster before! It is an extremely rare English poster from before World War II! Virtually no English posters survive from before World War II since apparently there were many paper shortages in Europe during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all posters from before and World War II, and also from during the war, and the first few years afterwards.

Condition: very good. The poster has an extra light horizontal crease along the folds and some very minor blank border defects. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition especially given its age!
