An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Traveltalk was a series of documentary travelogs created by James A. FitzPatrick and distributed by MGM from 1931 to 1954. We have previously auctioned some posters from the 1930s for specific shorts. In the later years of the series, MGM made stock posters rather than individual posters (we know that they made a stock poster in 1947 and in 1952, and there might have been other years as well). If anyone knows more about this series, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare stock lobby card for use by theaters showing specific entries in this series. We have never auctioned any lobby card from this series before! The card is not dated, but we would say that it is likely from the late 1930s or early 1940s, since it mentions Technicolor, and we don't think that would have been used before the late 1930s. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. The card was folded down the middle. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
