United Air Lines: New York, the 1950s airplane airline aviation travel poster promoting travel to New York City aboard United Airlines, and featuring close up Stan Galli art of excited tourists looking over New York Harbor from the crown of the Statue of Liberty. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Artist: Stan Galli

Condition: good to very good. The poster has darkened with age (somewhat unevenly across the top). There is a slightly diagonal crease across the top of the poster in the middle of the lighter area. There is some tattering, creasing, and small paper loss around the edges of the poster. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and if one chose to have it restored it would look fantastic!
