An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Zane Grey's Nevada, the 1927 John Waters silent romantic love triangle cowboy western melodrama ("From the novel by Zane Grey"; about a pair of cattle rustlers who want to go straight, but one gets involved with the sister of the man they work for, and there are other problems too!) starring Gary Cooper (in the title role as Nevada), Thelma Todd (in her third credited movie role!), William Powell (in one of his early silent roles, playing a "heavy", before he became a top star once he made talking pictures and people heard his wonderful voice), Phillip Strange, and Ernie Adams NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. The card had tiny paper loss in parts of the right border, extending into the edge of the background in two small areas. Someone took masking tape and put long pieces down the edge of the right blank border, and on the back of that area, and they also put a shorter piece that covered the two additional small areas of paper loss. There are tiny stains in the other three borders. There were a few tiny tears in the top blank border and someone put a long piece of masking tape on the back of most of that area, and also a piece of masking tape on the back of a 1" tear in the far right of the bottom border. In spite of these defects, this great card displays well just as it is, and certainly, a restorer could remove the tape and perform restoration as needed. Learn More about condition grades
