In 1925 (just ahead of the 50th Anniversary of the Massacre at the Little Big Horn, known as "Custer's Last Stand"), the original movie was re-cut and some new footage was shot and the movie was re-presented with all new posters and lobby cards. I have never seen or heard of ANY 1912 movie paper item of any sort from this movie, so items from the 1925 re-edited version are the only option if one wants to get something from this movie! Important Added Info: This three-sheet poster was tri-folded only (which means there is one less vertical machine fold than usual). This means the poster has a significantly lesser number of folds than with three-sheets folded in the "regular" way, which is nice! Tri-folded three-sheets need to be sent in an oversized flat package, which measures roughly 16" x 38", so they cost more to send than regularly folded three-sheets. This three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: very good. The poster appears to have never been used. There is some light minor water staining in the left and right title area, and there are some creases, tears, and tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of each section of the poster. There are some small areas of paper loss at some crossfolds and there are some creases and tears on some foldlines. Overall, the poster is in very good to fine condition, and it has survived quite well, especially considering it is an 80 year old tri-folded large three-sheet poster!
