As a body builder, he won the Mr. Universe title at the age of 20 before winning the Mr. Olympia contest seven times! Schwarzenegger went on to serve as Governor of California from 2003 to 2011. He was also married to Maria Shriver, but they divorced after 31 years when it was discovered he fathered a child with their housekeeper. Some of his movies include: the Terminator franchise (in the title role), Commando, Predator, Total Recall, and Batman & Robin (as Mr. Freeze). As of 2021, Arnold is still alive at the age of 73! Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Arnold Schwarzenegger! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" [14 x 22 cm]. Finally, note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia dealer from the 1980s on. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both dealers and collectors, and in some of those collections he purchased autographed items. Both we and our consignor feel it is quite likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
