An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded German "A1" Stage Play Poster (measures 23 1/2" x 33" [60 x 84 cm]) (Learn More)

Konig Lear (literally translates to "King Lear"), the 1981 German stage play production (based on the classic play by William Shakespeare) which was held at the Stadtische Buhnen in Osnabruck, Germany. Note that this poster features art by Jerzy Czerniawski! It was commissioned by German theater director Dr. Erdmut August who also created what may be the world's largest international theater poster archive with holdings of 16,000 different posters by many of the world's leading poster artists.
