Artist: Benny Stilling Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. The poster was placed on to a very thin linen backing shortly after being printed. The purpose was to reinforce the poster, so that it would survive, when it was passed from theater to theater, and when it was put up on walls and taken down. Such posters can be professionally removed from the original linen and placed on to a proper linen backing. It has several pinholes around the edges, moderate fine and light creases and some light rippling scattered in various areas. It has some slight discoloration on parts of the folds (mostly in the old linen on back) and black marker writing on the back that slightly bleeds through to the front at which is mostly only noticeable from the back. After removal from the old linen and with some proper restoration the very rare poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
