An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Kenneth Tobey was an actor from the 1940s to the 2000s. He is likely best remembered for his starring role in 1951's "The Thing from Another World". Some of his other movies include: It Came from Beneath the Sea, The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms, and Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. He passed away in 2002 at the age of 85. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Kenneth Tobey! Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was used in French speaking parts of Canada, but it was printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So it is an original still from , but it was printed for use in parts of Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note that our consignor is a major western buff who attended all of the western memorabilia shows of the 1970s on, and he became friendly with all the B-western stars who regularly attended those shows, and he would often socialize with them outside of the shows, and he obtained many signed photos in person over those years.
