To be the mistress... And the bride of a gorilla!"; "PRIMITIVE! PASSIONATE! Nothing like it ever before!"; "SHOCKING! A blonde beauty and a savage beast... ALONE in the JUNGLE!"; "Primitive! Passionate! Savage scenes never before unfolded!"; "A monster and a girl alone in a savage jungle!"; "Her clothes torn away screaming in terror"; "Her marriage vows were more than fulfilled!") starring Barbara Payton, Lon Chaney Jr. (billed as "Lon Chaney"), Raymond Burr, Tom Conway, Gisela Werbisek, Paul Cavanagh, Carol Varga, and Steve Calvert (in an uncredited title role as the gorilla). Note that in 1948, Steve Calvert bought Ray 'Crash' Corrigan's gorilla costume, which Corrigan had been using in movies since at least 1932.
