An Original Vintage Theatrical Australian Daybill Movie Poster (db; measures 14 1/4" x 39 3/4" [36 x 101 cm]) (Learn More) Paramount's Second Greater Movie Season, the 1925 poster advertising Paramount films for the "entire month of March 1925" ("If it's a Paramount Picture, it's the best show in town."). Paramount would contract with theaters to show a special week or month of solely Paramount movies, and they would supply them with posters to exhibit throughout that time. I have seen other special Paramount posters, but I have never seen this specific poster before! Artist: Richardson Studio Important Added Info: Note that this daybill (which we have only auctioned ONCE before in all of our years of auctioning and that was in 2006) has been mounted to a thick piece of white cardboard, so it must be sent in a large oversized flat package that measures approximately 16" x 42". Please bear in mind the added cost of shipping before placing a bid. Condition: good to very good. The daybill has some minor scuffing throughout and some patches of slight discoloration along portions of the edges and there is writing in the upper large blank area. It has been mounted to cardboard (see above). Certainly a talented professional could remove the poster from the backing and perform restoration, but please bear all of these things in mind before placing a bid.
