(The Battle for New Britain), the 1944 World War II (WWII) military documentary ("The men of America show their might in 'Attack!'"; "It's all here.."; "All real!"; "The War Department reveals The gripping front-line fury of our boys against the Japs!"; "Filmed under fire!"; "See YOUR boys smash the Japs!"; "Produced under the auspices of the Commanding General, Southwest Pacific area"; "Exhibited under the auspices of the War Activities Committee of the Motion Picture Industry"; "Photographed by the United States Army Signal Corps"; produced by Frank Capra) narrated by Leo Genn, Burgess Meredith, and Anthony Veiller. Interestingly, the War Department, who had hired Frank Capra to produce this six-reel feature, made it available absolutely free to all of "the theaters of America" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
