Congo Maisie, the 1940 H.C. Potter (billed as "Henry C. Potter") Africa jungle adventure romantic comedy sequel ("'I wouldn't take you, big boy, if I won you at bingo!'"; "'Okay, I'll put my arms around your neck... but if anything comes of this, remember you started it!'"; the second in the popular Maisie Ravier series) starring Ann Sothern (in the title role as Maisie Ravier), John Carroll, Rita Johnson, Shepperd Strudwick, and Everett Brown. Note that this was a re-make of the classic 1932 film "Red Dust".

Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
