An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Christmas in Connecticut, the 1945 Peter Godfrey post-World War II mistaken identity food cooking newspaper journalism romantic holiday comedy ("From an Original Story by Aileen Hamilton"; about a female newspaper columnist who pretends to be a homemaker and who runs recipes provided by her friend, but then her publisher decides to have a returning war hero spend Christmas at her home, eating her delicious home cooked meals, when actually, she can't do any of that, and she puts on a massive deception to fool everybody!) starring Barbara Stanwyck, Dennis Morgan, Sydney Greenstreet, Reginald Gardiner, S.Z. Sakall, Robert Shayne, Frank Jenks, and Betty Alexander. Note that the IMDb says that this movie was released in England under the title of "Indiscretion", but we have seen a U.S. title card with that title. We wonder if Warner Bros. released it both ways (especially because it was a Christmas movie that oddly opened in August!). If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. There is 1" of separation at the bottom crossfold. There are pinholes and smudges around the edges of the poster. After a simple linenbacking, the poster will look great and it will require little paint restoration within the image.
