They're taking banks... And they're taking one piece of baggage!"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; with a superb script by William Goldman) starring Paul Newman (in the title role as Butch Cassidy; "is Butch Cassidy"), Robert Redford (in the title role as The Sundance Kid; "The Sundance Kid is Robert Redford"), Katharine Ross ("is Etta Place"), Strother Martin, Jeff Corey (as the old sheriff), Henry Jones (as the bike salesman), Ted Cassidy (as Harvey Logan), George Furth (as Woodcock), Cloris Leachman (as Agnes), Kenneth Mars (as the Marshal), Timothy Scott (as News Carver), and Charles Dierkop (as Flat Nose Curry) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that at this time, it was common for studios to prepare 11x14 stills in two ways. One type of stills would have the copyright information and the title of the movie in the 1/2" across the bottom of each still. Some theaters prefer these, but others preferred to just have photographic images from the movie, so the studios would also print stills that measured 10 1/2" x 14", and only showed the image from the movie, and did not have that bottom 1/2" (called a "slug"). Some collectors prefer 11x14 stills with "slugs", and some do not care. Note that the set of stills offered here does NOT have "slugs". Also note that the bottom left still shows perhaps the best remembered scene in the movie where Paul Newman is supposed to have a knife fight with Ted Cassidy, but, because there are no rules in a knife fight, he takes a different approach!
