Strayer politics family relationship romantic comedy ("He learns all the tricks of politics... and a few The Wife don't like!"; "The scream of the screen at his boisterous best!"; "The hilarious hi-jinks of a would-be big shot!") starring Leon Errol, Elisabeth Risdon, Edwin Maxwell, Emory Parnell, Charles Halton, Paul Harvey, Charlotte Wynters, Ruth Lee, and Lawrence Tierney. Note that this movie was a sequel of sorts to the popular "Mexican Spitfire" series. Star Lupe Velez had committed suicide the year before, but Leon Errol and Elisabeth Risdon had played backup to her in those movies as a married couple, and this movie is sort of a "spin-off", with them reprising their roles (although their characters are slightly changed, befitting their rise to star status).
