However, Steinbeck had no hard feelings about this, especially because Kazan persuaded him to take a percentage of the profits of the movie as partial payment, and that proved very lucrative to Steinbeck, and the two became very good friends and neighbors! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some creases and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds, and some smudges and creases in the borders, with paper loss in the top right corner that extended into the edge of the image background. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
