Richard Jones silent college football sports slapstick comedy short (produced by Hal Roach; obviously, the title is a parody on the 1925 bestseller "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", which would not be made into a movie for the first time until 1928) starring Helene Chadwick, James Finlayson (billed as "Jimmie Finlayson"), Ted Healy (most famous as the person who started The Three Stooges; they were first billed as "Ted Healy and his Stooges"; he let them go on their own, hiring replacement "Stooges", but that did not work out well at all!), Burr McIntosh, and Martha Sleeper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have only auctioned two lobby cards and a single one-sheet from this movie (and that poster sold in 2004, and the two lobby cards sold in 2012 and 2017 for $580 and $225 but THIS is a complete set!) Condition: very good. The title card has darkened around the edges and it has some small paper loss at lower left. The cards are otherwise in pretty nice condition and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind! Learn More about condition grades
