This is also the first Olympics that the Democratic Republic of Congo participated in. Artist: Yusaku Kamekura Important Added Info: Note that while this rare poster (which we have never seen before!) is an unusual size for Japanese posters, it is an official poster promoting the Olympics! Condition: good. There is light rippling and slight discoloration scattered in portions of the poster due to exposure to moisture. It has a few pinholes around the edges and most of them are repaired with tape from the back. Certainly the poster could be restored and linenbacked and it would look great, but please bear in mind its defects and cost of restoration before placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
