An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 13 3/4" [28 x 35 cm]) (Learn More)

Safety in Numbers, the 1930 Victor Schertzinger romantic musical inheritance comedy (about a handsome young man about to inherit many millions, but he loves writing songs, and he goes to New York and he meets three beautiful chorus girls who share an apartment, and naturally, he falls in love with one of them) starring Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Kathryn Crawford, Josephine Dunn, Carole Lombard (very young in this role!), Roscoe Karns, and Richard Tucker. Note that the title refers to the three girls sharing an apartment because they feel there is "safety in numbers" from all the wolves in New York, and also note that the movie "How to Marry a Millionaire" "borrowed" heavily from the plot of this movie.

Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been trimmed and it now measures 11" x 13 3/4" [28 x 35 cm].

Condition: good. The right blank border was trimmed off. There are some smudges and stains around the edges. There is an uneven horizontal crease across much of the lower center of the card. There are some creases and a tiny tear in the center of the bottom border. There was a 2" tear in the right of the top border that was repaired with tape from the back. While the card has clear defects, they don't have much effect on the image, and certainly, a talented restorer could repair this card, but many collectors would be happy to display it just as it is!
