Cirque Ancillotti Plege (literally translates to "Ancillotti Plege Circus" and sometimes known simply as "Cirque Ancillotti"). This is one of many 1920s French circus posters promoting a show, and featuring artwork of circus clowns, animals, and other performers. Note that the Plege circus was well-known in France in the 1900s. After the death of Antoine Plege, his widow and then his son ran the show. In 1908, Plege's daughter married Ugo Ancillotti and they eventually created the Cirque Ancillotti Plege.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has discoloration and some deterioration and paper loss along the upper edge (see our image). The rest of the poster is in pretty nice condition but see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of it prior to placing a bid.
