An Original Vintage Unfolded World War I Poster (measures 20" x 30" [51 x 76 cm]) (Learn More) Liberty Loan V, the 1919 U.S. post-World War I (WWI) War Bond poster ("Wear your button") encouraging people to purchase Victory Liberty Bonds, and featuring art of a button which people could wear to show that they had purchased the bonds. Note that there were 4 Liberty Bonds from 1917 to 1918, followed by a Victory Liberty bond in 1919. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few small tears and areas of paper loss along portions of the blank borders (one tear at top only slightly enter s the background) but the image (other than some faint smudges at bottom) is in very nice condition.
