If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that original 1937 posters from this classic Frank Capra movie are extremely rare! I have never seen or heard of this insert before! Also note that this poster was machine folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. There is a 3" tear in the upper right border, extending into the background below the book. There are a few water stains in the yellow background area behind the people. There are some creases and scuffs scattered through the image. The poster was partially separated on all three foldlines, and someone put 2" wide brown paper tape on the back of all three foldlines. They put the same paper tape on the back of most of the top and bottom borders, mending tears. There was paper loss in the right of the bottom border, just extending into the edge of the image, and there is yellowed tape and tape stains in some places in the borders, where someone had once mended tears. The poster has many clear defects, but most of them are in the borders and on the back of the poster. After removal of all the tape, and proper paperbacking by a talented professional, this poster will look fantastic, and there truly will not be much restoration at all within the image area.
