XVe Congres du Parti Communiste Francais (literally translates to "15th Congress of the French Communist Party"), the 1959 French poster promoting a gathering to be held in June at Ivry-sur-Seine (a suburb of Paris). The French Communist Party (Parti Communiste Francais or PCF) is a political party in France that was founded in 1920, and which was at peak strength after World War II (WWII). Note that this poster features art of the French and Soviet flags

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.
