Noir City D.C., the 2018 film festival that was held from October 12th to the 25th at the AFI Silver in Silver Springs, Maryland. Note that this poster features an image from the 1943 Alfred Hitchcock film noir "Shadow of a Doubt" with Joseph Cotten, Teresa Wright and Macdonald Carey!
