An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Dorothy McGuire was an actress from the 1940s to 1990. Some of her movies include: Gentleman's Agreement (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Enchanted Cottage, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, and Old Yeller (as the mother). She passed away in 2001 at the age of 85. Important Added Info: Note that this ORIGINAL still has been personally autographed (signed) by Dorothy McGuire! Our consignor obtained the autograph on this original 1947 still through direct correspondence with Miss McGuire in the 1980s. Also note that, unlike the other signed stills we are currently selling, this is NOT a reproduction (there are two other similar signed stills being auctioned separately). Condition: good. The still has slightly darkened and there are many fine lines in the emulsion, more so in the bottom of the image, but they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light.
