Rodgers & Hammerstein's State Fair, the 1945 Walter Lang romantic small-town-folks-going-to-the-fair musical ("From a Novel by Phil Stong"; "Music by Richard Rodgers and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II"; "Screen Play by Oscar Hammerstein II"; "Adaptation by Sonya Levien and Paul Green") starring Jeanne Crain, Dana Andrews, Dick Haymes, Vivian Blaine, Charles Winninger, Fay Bainter, Donald Meek, Frank McHugh, Percy Kilbride, Harry Morgan, and William Marshall

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases, tiny tears, and separation on parts of some foldlines. There were pinholes in the corners and some creases and tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
