First Yank into Tokyo (also released as "First Man into Tokyo"), the 1945 Gordon Douglas Japan World War II (WWII) military spy espionage thriller ("The Most Daring Mission Ever Devised!"; "One Yank against a NATION!"; "See the secret that crossed-up the Japs!"; "One-man invasion of Jap homeland!"; "Written & Produced by J. Robert Bren"; about a man who undergoes plastic surgery to help captured American atomic scientists escape) starring Tom Neal, Barbara Hale, Marc Cramer, Michael St. Angel, Leonard Strong, Richard Loo, and Keye Luke. Note that when the United States was deep into World War II, racist epithets were used against the Japanese they were fighting, and they were prominently put on movie posters of that time like this one, and we certainly hope never to see that again!
