The Sea Around Us, the 1951 Rachel L. Carlson illustrated non-fiction book that is considered one of the foundation works in the modern ecology and environmental science field and examines the interaction between ocean-based flora and fauna

Important Added Info: Note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.

Condition: good. The book does not have a dust jacket (we don't know if it had one). There are two stickers at the top of the front cover. There is surface paper loss around the edges of the covers and it is slightly separating from the spine in the lower left corner of the cover.
