An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Blind Alibi, the 1938 Lew Landers canine dog German Shepherd seeing-eye-dog crime mystery thriller (about a man trying to retrieve stolen property, and he poses as a blind man, and he uses "Ace the Wonder Dog" as his pretend seeing eye dog) starring Richard Dix, Whitney Bourne, Eduardo Ciannelli, Frances Mercer, Richard Lane, and Ace the Wonder Dog. Note that this was the first of fifteen movies that "Ace the Wonder Dog" appeared in! He appeared in 15 movies stretching over 8 years. If anyone knows more about Ace the Wonder Dog, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: fine. This glass slide is in really excellent condition, and we feel that EVERY collector would be happy to own it. It IS possible it may have a MINOR defect or defects, but nothing at all significant. But we bet many dealers would call items in this grade "mint" or "near mint"! Learn More about condition grades
