Important Added Info: Note that included with this pressbook is a really cool 12-page "revised" ad campaign (apparently someone forgot to include the "Story by Barney Slater" credit, and they rushed out this revised ad campaign to theaters about to show the movie, along with the warning on the cover: "DO NOT USE PRESSBOOK ADS, ORIGINAL BILLING NOT CORRECT".
