An Autographed Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Zasu Pitts (born Eliza Susan Pitts and sometimes known as Zazu Pitts) was an actress from the 1910s to the 1960s. She had important roles in several early major movies, including The Wedding March, All Quiet on the Western Front, and Greed. In the 1930s, she switched to light comedy, appearing with Thelma Todd, and in many supporting roles. She starred opposite Gale Storm in TV's "The Gale Storm Show" in the 1950s. She passed away in 1963 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: Note that this still was signed by Zasu Pitts, but unfortunately, she signed it with a dark pen in the lower right dark area, and it is nearly invisible, except when you tilt it to the light, where you can clearly see that she wrote "To Jakie - Louder Please Dagr, Zasu Pitts". We would think most people would not put much value at all on the signature because it is so difficult to read, but it is a vintage photo from the 1920s. Also note that this still measures 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: fair to good. The still was mounted to a backing board that stained the back and caused the still to be rippled in scattered areas throughout. There is also some discoloration around the edges and a crease in the top left corner. Learn More about condition grades
