An Original Vintage Linenbacked Special Movie Poster (measures 20 3/4" x 27" [53 x 69 cm]) (Learn More) The Interchurch World Movement was an attempt to unite some of the main enterprises of the Protestant churches, so as to avoid duplication of effort and waste of funds. The movement was started by the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in 1918 but friction appeared among the various denominations which resulted in a practical abandonment of the work in 1920 Artist: Denman Fink Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had some creases and tears around the edges and a slightly diagonal crease across the poster near the center, but otherwise, the poster was in pretty nice condition prior to linenbacking.
