Charlie Chase was a comedian, actor, screenwriter and film director from the 1910s to the 1940s. He often worked in Hal Roach comedy shorts, and some of his movies include: Luncheon At Twelve, Neighborhood House, and Sons of the Desert. He passed away in 1940 at the age of 46
