An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36" [36 x 91 cm]) (Learn More) September Storm, the 1960 Byron Haskin 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) underwater scuba diving shark adventure thriller ("FOR THE FIRST TIME! The New Dimension that ALL Dimensions... SIGHT - SOUND - COLOR!"; "The miracle of Stereo-Vision"; "You have to see it to believe it!"; "So life-like that it comes miraculously alive all around you... Right beside you... And directly in front of you!"; "You have to see it to believe it!"; "You see it with SPECIAL VIEWERS ...scientifically designed by master craftsmen!"; "You see it... Sense it... And do it yourself!"; "YOU have fun, relax as never before on the sunlit tropical beaches of fabulous Majorce!"; "YOU cringe in fear as a raging hurricane engulfs you!"; "YOU feel the lips of a beautiful girl brush your own!"; "From the story 'The Girl in the Red Bikini'"; produced by Edward L. Alperson) starring Joanne Dru, Mark Stevens, Robert Strauss, Asher Dann (billed as "introducing Asher Dann"), and Jean-Pierre Kerien. Note that the producers of this movie were likely afraid of advertising it as being in "3-D", given that failure of 3-D movies in 1954 and 1955, so they advertised this as "Stereo-Vision, The Dimension that Combines All Dimensions!", and they added in small letters "You see it with SPECIAL VIEWERS ...scientifically designed by master craftsmen!", which sounds like they did not want people to know that they had to wear those "funny glasses"! Note that the 3D version of the film was released with two cartoon shorts ("'SPECIAL ADDED ATTRACTION' 'Space Attack' 'STEREO-VISION CARTOON Takes YOU on a thrilling flight through Time and Space!'"), and Charito & Ernesto ("The internationally famous Flamenco Dancers!"). We're not sure if the shorts were available in theaters that showed the 2D version of the film. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been folded! Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most insert posters, especially from before 1970!
