An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French Door Panel "Pantalon" Movie Poster (measures 23 1/2" x 62 3/4" [60 x 159 cm]) (Learn More) Car Wash, the 1976 Michael Schultz screwball comedy ("'CAR WASH'..... where, between the hours of 9 and 5 anything can happen... and usually does!"; "'CAR WASH'..... where anything can happen... and usually does!"; written by Joel Schumacher; about the employees of a car wash, and an eventful day there) starring (billed as "Guest Stars") Franklyn Ajaye, George Carlin, Irwin Corey (screwball comedian, known as "Professor Irwin Corey"), Ivan Dixon, Antonio Fargas, Jack Kehoe, Clarence Muse, Lorraine Gary, The Pointer Sisters, Richard Pryor, Garrett Morris, Danny DeVito (whose scenes were deleted), and Melanie Mayron. Note that while this movie contained a number of lead black African American performers, it also had a number of white performers, unusual for a movie at this time.
