An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Strictly Unreliable, the 1932 George Marshall comedy short (produced by Hal Roach) starring Zasu Pitts, Thelma Todd, Charlotte Nemo, Bud Jamison, and Billy Gilbert. Note that this is one of 17 sexy comedies that Thelma Todd and Zasu Pitts made together between 1931 and 1933. They weren't great movies, but they were really popular at the box office! In 1933, Zasu Pitts was replaced by Patsy Kelly, and Todd and Kelly made an additional 22 similar sexy comedies! Thelma Todd's unfortunate "suicide" (perhaps a mob hit) in 1935 ended this popular series of shorts.
