An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) Yes, Mr. Brown, the 1933 Jack Buchanan & Herbert Wilcox English mistaken identity romantic musical comedy ("adapted by Douglas Furber from the play by Paul Frank & Ludwig Hirschfeld"; about a German man representing a U.S. company in Vienna; his American boss is coming to visit, and he and his wife have a huge fight, and he gets his secretary to pose as his wife for the boss, and after many humorous complications, the man is reunited with his wife and the boss ends up with the secretary!) starring Jack Buchanan, Hartley Power (in the title role as Mr. Brown), Elsie Randolph, Margot Grahame and Vera Pearce NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this half-sheet is very old, and it would not make sense to attempt to roll it, as the paper is fragile enough that rolling it might damage it. Therefore we will send it in a large flat package. Please bear that extra shipping cost in mind BEFORE placing a bid on this poster! Note that the poster is not so fragile that it is "falling to pieces"! If it is handled carefully, it can absolutely be framed and enjoyed without any worry. Condition: fair to good. There are many tears and areas of paper loss in the borders. The top left corner was entirely separated from the poster (including the "B" of "BUCHANAN"), and was taped back on from the back.
