Kowalski AIP monster horror thriller ("Crawling horror... unleashed by the depths of hell to kill and conquer!"; "Crawling horror... rising from the depths of Hell... to kill and conquer!"; "Written by Leo Gordon") starring Ken Clark, Yvette Vickers, Jan Shepard, Michael Emmet, Dan White, and Tyler McVey. Note that the IMDb says that the title of this movie was "Attack of the Giant Leeches", but all of the first release U.S. posters simply say "The Giant Leeches". However, some first release U.S. stills have "Attack of the Giant Leeches" and a collector tells us that the movie itself shows that title on the copies he watched! There are staples and pairs of staple holes around the central image area and there are MANY pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card. There are scuffs, smudges, and minor creases throughout the card and there is some tattering around the edges.
