The Catman of Paris, the 1946 Lesley Selander France crime mystery feline cat monster horror thriller (about an author who goes to France at the turn of the century, and as soon as he arrives, savage killings from a "cat-like creature" start, and he has mysterious blackouts that make him an extreme suspect, but all is cleared up at the end of this 60-minute movie!) starring Carl Esmond, Lenore Aubert, Adele Mara, Douglass Dumbrille, Gerald Mohr, Fritz Feld, and Robert J. Wilke (uncredited in the title role as The Catman)

Condition: very good. The poster had a slightly diagonal crease halfway between the top foldline and the top of the poster, running across the monster's face and another slightly diagonal crease running through his hair. There were creases, smudges, and tiny tears around the edges of the poster. There was a scuff mark below the neck of the girl at center. The poster was well backed and the paperbacking process greatly reduced the two creases at the top of the poster (they are truly barely noticeable). The person who backed the poster did not touch up the scuff mark below the girl's neck (although any restorer could do so without re-backing the poster). You can see signs of the restoration on the poster, but it is not distracting, and the poster displays quite well!
