Joe (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Out of the Past, Cape Fear, Holiday Affair, The Night of the Hunter, The Longest Day, and scores of others! He remained a leading man for decades, and his career survived his being arrested for smoking marijuana (and it probably was even helped by it!) AND Cliff Robertson was an actor from the 1940s to the 2000s. Some of his movies include: Three Days of the Condor, The Best Man, Picnic, and Charly (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; in the title role as Charly Gordon) AND Gower Champion was an actor, director, dancer, and choreographer from the 1940s to the 1970s. Some of his roles include: Show Boat, Everything I Have Is Yours, and Give a Girl a Break. He was also married to Marge Champion, who together hosted their own television show AND Harry Belafonte was a black African American calypso singer and actor from the 1950s to 2023. He had a giant hit with the calypso song "Day-O" and its popularity was revived decades later when it was used in the movie "Beetlejuice"! Some of his movies include: White Man's Burden, Buck and the Preacher, and Carmen Jones. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 96.
