An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 26 1/2" x 37 3/4" [67 x 96 cm]) (Learn More) Il Mondo Dei Sensi di Emy Wong (released in English-speaking countries as "Yellow Emanuelle" and "Yellow Emmanuelle"), the 1977 Bitto Albertini (billed as "Albert Thomas") Italian Asian sexploitation melodrama ("The symbol of Love."; "She found solace in sexual abandonment after the betrayal of her love..."; "I do it my way") starring Chai Lee (in the title role as Emy Wong), Giuseppe Pambieri, Ilona Staller, Claudio Giorgi, and Rik Battaglia. Note that we understand that the distributors of the movie wanted to get the idea across that this was an "Asian Emanuelle", but was not their choice of title very "politically incorrect"? Also note that after the success of the 1974 film Emmanuelle, many authorized sequels were created. The success also spawned many "knock-off" Emmanuelle films, which included the name Emmanuelle or its variants in their titles for exploitative reasons, but were not connected to the original series. The poster has an extra slightly diagonal creases under the center horizontal fold.
