Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The window card originally had a blank top that was neatly trimmed off (this was commonly done with window cards, when the top had been left blank, or when someone had hand-scrawled play date information in that area). Most collectors do not consider it to be a significant defect at all, since only blank white paper is lost, and the window card becomes easier to frame. The card was folded across the original middle and there are many creases and tiny surface paper loss across that area, and many faint creases and scuffs scattered throughout the rest of the card. Someone had the card linenbacked, but with only very slight restoration of the fold and the borders. Linenbacking has improved the appearance of the card somewhat, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
